ISO 9001 is a worldwide standard administered by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and is currently used by over one million organizations around the world; by receiving the certification, Free Mind Foundry proves to meet international standards requirements, thus being part of a very selected group of companies.
After a careful analysis and evaluation of the Policies, Processes and Control Tools used by Free Mind Foundry, the international body EuCI European Certification Institute has certified full compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard in the field of “Design and provision of initial, higher and continuing professional training services, training internships and courses for apprenticeships”.
By obtaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification, Free Mind Foundry ensures to be a higher education school which is always on the move to create new learning paths, so to respond – through suitable and functional tools – to the new market trends and needs. Moreover, achieving the certification also means: training and sharing of methodologies and quality tools for the Academy staff and teachers; continuous improvement of the quality of the training and learning paths; application of models and tools to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the services offered; and boosting of accreditation processes.
